In this role, you’ll join Clio’s Product Design team, focusing on end-to-end design and strategy for new AI-driven judicial tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact, user-centric experiences. Ideal candidates possess strong UX skills and enjoy navigating complex workflows in the legal domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define design strategy
• Conduct user research to understand workflows and needs
• Lead design efforts from concept through to high-quality execution
• Develop a long-term vision for judicial experience design
• Elevate design quality across the product suite
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Product Design, with B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Proven experience in cross-team initiatives and solutions
• Strong knowledge of complex interaction and visual design
• Skilled in AI experience design and prototyping tools
• Experience mentoring other designers
