Lead infrastructure engineering efforts at Bit Go, a premier digital asset company. This onsite role in Toronto or New York offers a mix of technical leadership and hands-on engineering.
Bit Go is seeking a Technical Lead with experience in Dev Ops or infrastructure engineering. You will guide a team while diving into projects yourself, fostering a culture of teamwork, craftsmanship, and accountability. Expect to balance your time in both leadership and direct engineering contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers
• Participate in hiring and team growth initiatives
• Own smaller infrastructure initiatives end to end
• Champion Infrastructure as Code and automation
• Drive postmortems and incident follow-up work
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Dev Ops, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• 2+ years leading engineering teams with hands-on work
• Extensive Kubernetes and Terraform experience
• Strong Linux systems and networking skills
• Proficiency with AWS and CI/CD tools
