You’ll work closely with teams across Growth, Product, Engineering, and Operations to enhance user engagement and transaction volumes through experimental insights and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design acquisition loops for user referrals and incentives
• Drive activation through new-user conversion strategies
• Analyze customer funnels for drop-off points
• Conduct A/B testing and user interviews
• Collaborate with the organic growth team for traffic conversion
Requirements:
• Proven experience in consumer fintech or digital payments
• Ability to analyze and optimize customer funnels
• Hands-on approach to data: SQL and analytics tools
• Strong user insight and hypothesis formulation skills
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
