This full-time, permanent role requires expertise in CDN setups and website performance. The selected candidate will handle end-to-end monitoring, incident management, and operational resilience for a vendor-managed platform. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, and deploying changes while ensuring client-facing service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end CDN and web monitoring processes
• Design change control for Git-based deployments
• Manage incident responses and vendor escalations
• Build an observability stack for performance insights
• Conduct recovery testing for disaster readiness
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with high-traffic websites
• Expertise in CDN configurations and WAF
• Knowledge of web performance metrics
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
• Experience in regulated environments
