Position: IT Security Analyst with BMO BLUE REWARDS
Drive impactful cybersecurity strategies at BMO BLUE REWARDS as an IT Security Analyst. This hybrid role focuses on vulnerability management, incident response, and advanced threat detection strategies.

The role is situated in Toronto and requires candidates with 3-4 years of experience in cybersecurity operations. The analyst will leverage vulnerability management tools and communicate risks while guiding remediation efforts alongside the Security Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regular vulnerability scans and manage risks

• Identify and escalate security incidents using SIEM

• Enhance email security and endpoint protection measures

• Take part in incident response and remediation processes

• Maintain security reports and metrics for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or cybersecurity-related field

• 3-4 years of demonstrated security operations experience

• Proficiency in cloud security tools and frameworks

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or CEH

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
