This hands-on role centers on building and maintaining enterprise monitoring solutions. Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Dev Ops, and SRE teams to improve service visibility and operational workflows. You will work on dashboard development, instrumentation, alert tuning, and operational reporting for critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy observability solutions using Dynatrace SaaS
• Optimize APM instrumentation for microservices and APIs
• Serve as escalation point for complex incident resolutions
• Standardize monitoring configurations through Terraform
• Mentor teams on observability best practices
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in Observability or SRE roles
• Deep expertise in Dynatrace and cloud services
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash
• Understanding of telemetry management and architecture
• Dynatrace certification required; advanced certification preferred
