Cybersecurity Supervisor

Position: Cybersecurity Supervisor at CDW
Take the lead in Cybersecurity operations as a Supervisor ch a skilled team of Cybersecurity Analysts and drive effective incident response in this critical role.

As a Supervisor in the Security Operations Centre, you will be pivotal in managing a 24/7 operation. This includes training and mentoring your Cybersecurity team while overseeing security incidents and customer escalations. Your experience will support security reporting and enhance operational processes across the SOC. You'll collaborate closely with SOC Management for ongoing service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train Cybersecurity Analysts for SOC operations

• Manage scheduling and capacity for 24/7 operations

• Address customer escalations and major incident impacts

• Mentor Cybersecurity personnel in investigations and reporting

• Develop and maintain SOC performance metrics

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Cybersecurity Operations or Managed Services

• 1+ year in a technical leadership role

• Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and cybersecurity frameworks

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work after-hours if needed
