Advance your career as a Senior CRM Solutions Designer in Toronto with an 11-month onsite contract. Focus on Salesforce solutions, including Vlocity platform capabilities and Dynamic Forms.
This role requires demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, supporting, and developing Salesforce solutions. You will utilize your Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant skills to implement AODA-compliant solutions, ensuring accessibility for all users. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs
• Develop and maintain Vlocity functionalities like Flex Cards and Omni Scripts
• Support implementation of AODA-compliant Salesforce solutions
• Configure Salesforce Dynamic Forms to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal integration of systems
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on Salesforce solution design experience
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification
• Strong knowledge of Vlocity platform components
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Familiarity with AODA compliance
