Manulife is seeking a driven Director for its Group Benefits Data Services. In this position, you will set the strategic direction for data use and ensure team accountability for project delivery. Your leadership will involve engaging with various stakeholders including IT and Senior Management to drive growth through effective data management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive data strategy across Group Benefits
• Understand business drivers and data needs for growth
• Maintain accountability for team execution of data plans
• Collaborate with multiple departments including IT and Advanced Analytics
• Promote compliance with data governance and protection policies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in data management
• University degree in related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven success in program development and delivery
• Ability to make informed risk-based decisions
