In this role, you will act as the global systems administrator and technical owner, ensuring productivity and security for Opendoor’s Toronto office. Utilize your systems-administration skills to manage endpoint and identity systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support ongoing process improvements. Your work will significantly contribute to enhancing IT operations and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage escalated requests and technical projects effectively

• Administer platforms such as Jamf, Intune, and Google Workspace

• Design global device configurations and compliance standards

• Troubleshoot complex issues across endpoint and network systems

• Own hardware and software lifecycle management processes

Requirements:

• Experience in IT operations or systems administration

• Proficient with macOS and Windows endpoints

• Advanced skills with MDM platforms like Jamf

• Familiar with identity and access management tools

• Strong technical judgment and independent troubleshooting skills
