Hybrid Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate complex technology initiatives. Work closely with Agile PODs, QA teams, and external vendor partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. This role demands excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily delivery across Agile PODs and development teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Manage delivery risks, blockers, and release readiness
• Coordinate cross-vendor efforts and ensure project alignment
• Partner with architects, developers, and stakeholders to drive success
Requirements:
• Strong background in technical delivery management
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and drive outcomes
