Shape the future of legal tech as the Senior Manager of Product Design for Clio's Fintech team. Lead design strategies to empower legal professionals in payments and billing.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a design team dedicated to enhancing Fintech solutions that streamline financial workflows for law firms. Your leadership will drive the product design vision and execution, all while integrating automation and AI to improve user experiences. As you guide a team of 4-5 designers, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive design vision for payments and invoicing
• Collaborate with design leads for platform integration
• Lead team in automating timekeeping workflows
• Build understanding of financial management in law firms
• Mentor and develop design talent on your team
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Product Design; 3+ years managing designers
• Experience designing fintech products like payments
• Strong UX design skills and bar-raising execution
• Knowledge of AI in product design practices
• Familiarity with modern design tools and accessibility standards
