Job Title: GCP Infrastructure & Cloud SRE Engineer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced GCP Infrastructure & Cloud SRE Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, and Site Reliability Engineering
. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise-scale cloud platforms, automating infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining highly available and reliable cloud environments.
- Build and manage enterprise-scale cloud platforms on GCP
- Design and implement GKE/Kubernetes-based container platforms
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git Ops deployment frameworks
- Define and manage SLI/SLOs, monitoring, observability, and reliability standards
- Automate cloud provisioning, operations, and incident response
- Implement GCP security, IAM, networking, governance, and compliance controls
- Drive high availability, disaster recovery, performance optimization, and cost management
- Partner with development, security, and infrastructure teams to enable self-service platforms
- Build reusable infrastructure services and developer platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services, GKE, Compute Engine, Networking, and IAM
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform
- Experience with Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD
- Strong understanding of SRE practices, observability, incident management, and automation
- Proficiency in Linux, Python, and Shell scripting
- Experience building cloud landing zones and enterprise infrastructure services
- Knowledge of Fin Ops, cloud security, governance, and enterprise operations
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Dev Ops Engineer certification preferred
