In this essential position, you will ensure seamless operations for Client Technology and Investment Banking platforms. Required skills include L2/L3 production support, scripting in Python, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. You'll also collaborate with various teams to enhance system reliability and assist in proactive monitoring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L2/L3 production support for front office users
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
• Manage releases, bug fixes, and technical enhancements
• Improve system reliability through automation and monitoring
• Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination
Requirements:
• 7 to 12 years in Application/Production Support
• Expertise in Investment Banking platforms preferred
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Linux/Windows and SQL databases
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
