In this temporary support position, you'll serve as an expert on the Banner Core Ecosystem while executing quality assurance functions across the software development life cycle. Key responsibilities include validating business solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing user training. Your troubleshoots and training efforts will directly enhance user acceptance testing as well as the overall customer success experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality assurance reviews on proposed business solutions
• Validate changes in the Banner Core Ecosystem
• Review release notes during upgrades and provide training
• Test software and prepare lifecycle documents
• Support helpdesk tickets and assist users in troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma or degree in IT or Computer studies
• Minimum eight years' experience in IT roles
• Technical knowledge in JIRA and Dev Ops administration
• Experience with ERP systems and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
