Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews for meaningful insights
• Analyze and map user journeys and processes
• Collaborate in workshops to foster problem-solving
• Develop project deliverables like prototypes and user stories
• Present findings through compelling presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, e.g., Information Systems
• Skills in user research and design thinking
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Less than 12 months full-time experience in a relevant role
