Join the TELUS Security Operations Center as a Security Consultant I. This full-time role in cybersecurity requires at least three years of SOC experience and familiarity with the Crowd Strike Falcon platform. You will utilize your skills for alert monitoring, incident response, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and investigate security alerts 24/7

• Deliver detailed security investigations and reports

• Recommend incident response actions and escalate as necessary

• Document processes and procedures for SOC operations

• Analyze complex security issues with TELUS teams

Requirements:

• 3 years of SOC experience, including 2 years with Crowd Strike Falcon

• Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and cybersecurity technologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts and manage time effectively

• University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
