In this senior role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to design and optimize Time and Absence solutions. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll facilitate requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency. Your leadership skills will guide project stakeholders toward successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements and design workshops for client projects
• Configure and deploy scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
• Provide functional leadership on Time and Absence Management
• Support system integration and user acceptance testing
• Advise clients on best practices and capabilities
Requirements:
• Proven Oracle Cloud Time and Absence expertise
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes
• Demonstrated consulting and stakeholder management experience
• Experience in end-to-end project life cycles
• Effective communication and client advisory skills
