Position: Technology Partner for M&A at TMX
Lead strategic technology integration as a Technology Partner for M&A at TMX in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on bridging technology execution with corporate functions through effective stakeholder management and technical assessments.

As a Technology Partner in the M&A sector, you'll serve as the primary liaison between functional leadership and technology teams. With over 7 years of experience, your expertise in technology due diligence and post-merger integration will play a critical role in enhancing corporate strategy. You will oversee demand intake, create business cases, and ensure seamless vendor management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Single Point of Contact for M&A leadership

• Establish structured demand intake frameworks

• Lead technology due diligence and risk assessments

• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with OKRs

• Partner with procurement for vendor management and SOW execution

Requirements:

• 7+ years in technology partnering or IT consulting

• Expertise in M&A, PMI, and vendor management

• Strong financial acumen in CAPEX/OPEX and ROI

• Experience in demand management and road mapping

• Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills
