Restaurant Technology Deployment Director

Lead Tim Hortons restaurant technology deployments across Canada and the United States, applying project management and operational technology expertise.

As Director, Restaurant Technology Deployments and Tech Operations, you will modernize restaurant and guest experiences through scalable technology delivery. The role covers point-of-sale systems, kiosks, networking, back-office systems, and IoT innovations. You will guide deployment strategy across new builds, retrofits, and strategic rollouts while partnering with Product, Engineering, Restaurant Operations, Tech Support, training, and vendors.

• Define Tim Hortons restaurant technology deployment strategy
• Oversee project managers and infrastructure subject matter experts
• Plan, pilot, and deploy new restaurant technologies
• Standardize scalable deployment processes and playbooks
• Communicate project risks and metrics to executives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience managing complex Quick Service Restaurant projects
• Knowledge of POS, networking, and order management systems
• Experience developing roadmaps and executing change management
• Project management skills spanning solution evaluation and execution
