Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Test Lead to lead quality assurance and testing activities across the solution delivery lifecycle. The successful candidate will define the overall testing strategy and oversee the development and execution of test plans, scenarios, scripts, defect management processes,and quality reporting activities. The role will leverage both manual and automated testing approaches to ensure solution quality and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Test Leadership & Strategy
Lead quality assurance and testing activities for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions.
Defineand maintain the project's testing strategy and quality-management approach.
Test Planning & Execution
Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedures, and reports.
Defect Management & Quality Assurance
Lead defect triage activities and monitor defects through resolution and closure.
Reporting & Communication
Reporton testing progress, quality indicators, outstanding defects, and release risks.
Required Qualifications
Experience
Experience leading testing for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions.
Must-Have Skills
Experience leading testing for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions.
Work Arrangement
5days onsite.
