Lead business requirements and solution design as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at CIBC in Toronto, with technical leadership across technology projects.
This regular role advises on business application development and supports growth through technology. You will interpret complex information, participate in client business reviews, and guide application of new technologies. The position primarily supports the Rates desk within a cross-asset risk management platform, with opportunities across other asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather complex requirements with business partners
- Facilitate solution design discussions and clarify scope
- Prepare and validate solution design documents
- Lead implementation as a subject matter expert
- Guide technology and project professionals
- Three to four or more years in BSA or BSC roles
- Experience leading projects and designing solutions
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Excel pivot tables and Visio proficiency
