** What you'll be doing
** Digital and CX Technology is focused on building and evolving the experiences our clients rely on every day across online and mobile banking. As a Chapter Lead, Business Systems Analyst, you'll lead and support a team of Business Systems Analysts while also contributing directly within a delivery squad as an analyst. You'll help shape high-quality requirements, improve delivery practices, and ensure business needs are translated into clear, effective solutions for digital banking applications.

In this role, you'll partner closely with technology teams, product partners, and other stakeholders to support the successful delivery of client-focused capabilities. You'll balance people leadership with hands-on analysis, providing coaching, guidance, and day-to-day support to help your team and squad deliver strong outcomes. You'll also help strengthen documentation standards and promote consistent, thoughtful analysis practices across the team.
