This consultant role requires extensive Release Management experience and hands-on Service Now delivery. You will design, configure, customize, and support DPRM capabilities while translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions. The work spans governance, integrations, testing, documentation, and operational support for enterprise service management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Service Now DPRM design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support
Configure workflows, Flow Designer, scripts, dashboards, reports, and analytics
Integrate DPRM with Change Management, CMDB, SPM, and Dev Ops tools
Establish release planning, calendars, risk, dependency, and deployment governance
Deliver training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational procedures
Requirements:
Minimum seven years delivering ITSM solutions in complex enterprises
Minimum five years configuring, customizing, and administering Service Now
Service Now Certified System Administrator certification required
Experience with ITIL, SDLC, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills
