This Systems Analyst connects business stakeholders with technical teams. You will lead discovery, document requirements, recommend solutions, and validate completed work. Business analysis leads the role, while hands-on testing remains essential across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand processes, operational challenges, and desired outcomes
Analyze change requests and recommend practical solutions
Create process flows, user stories, mockups, and documentation
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts
Track defects through resolution and retesting
Requirements:
Three to five years as a Systems or Business Analyst
Experience translating needs into requirements and solutions
Ability to lead discovery and requirements sessions independently
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Hands-on testing experience against business requirements
