Lead Global Risk Technology transformation at Manulife in Toronto, using AI-enabled delivery, governance, and executive stakeholder management in a hybrid setting.
This Senior IT Project Manager leads strategic initiatives across Group Functions Technology and the Global Risk portfolio. The work connects project management, technology delivery, IT governance, and business transformation. You will guide digitization, automation, and process improvement with business leaders, technology executives, product owners, architects, Data & AI teams, and control functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Global Risk Technology transformation initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes
- Manage scope, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and benefits
- Lead executive governance forums and steering committees
- Develop reporting and dashboards covering health, risks, and financial performance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years managing large-scale technology or transformation initiatives
- 5-7+ years in financial services or regulated industries
- Strong financial management, governance, and regulatory compliance understanding
- Experience with PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, hybrid methods, and project tools
