Apply advanced psychometrics and statistical analysis at EQAO in Toronto, supporting online, curriculum-based large-scale educational assessments. This permanent position focuses on assessment data quality and reporting.
EQAO seeks an experienced Psychometrician for its Psychometrics and Advanced Analytics Unit. You will analyze assessment data, advise on assessment instruments, and research psychometric procedures. The work draws on educational statistics, measurement, programming, and data validation.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze assessment data using psychometric and statistical methods
- Execute data processing, validation, and quality assurance procedures
- Prepare assessment and field test reports
- Advise on assessment instrument design and development
- Research psychometric analytical procedures
- Advanced knowledge of psychometrics and educational statistics
- Experience with large-scale assessment design, validation, and reporting
- Expertise in CTT, IRT, calibration, and test equating
- Programming skills in R, Python, SAS, or SQL
- Experience with data validation and visualization
Use psychometric expertise, statistical programming, and assessment analysis to support EQAO’s education reporting work in Toronto.
