You Are:  A highly effective Marketing Cloud Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Data 360 (Data Cloud) practitioner; this person will work directly with clients, understand their needs and utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solutions for our clients. This key member of our team will be hands on across the full delivery life cycle- discovery, requirements, use case definition, data modeling, configuration, testing, and implementation.

The practitioner will also support project delivery, contribute to client workshops, and help maintain documentation throughout the engagements.
The Work:
Configure and implement Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data 360 solutions that meet client-specific business and technical requirements.
Design and build MCE components including journeys, automations, email builds, and data integrations.
Build and validate Data 360 components including data ingestions, mapping, data modelling, identity resolution rules, segmentation, and activations
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams throughout various phases of the project
Contribute to technical documentation, and other delivery artifacts throughout the engagement.

What You’ll Need:

Marketing Cloud Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)   3 + years of hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Comfortable building and troubleshooting journeys and automations.
Good working knowledge of platform administration: account setup, SAP, private domain configuration, cross-BU data and content sharing and user management.

Experience with Data extensions, Contact Builder, file imports, API, and MC Connect integrations.
Experience building emails with AMP Script to drive personalization and dynamic content. SSJS experience is a plus.
Familiar with CASL requirements, IP warming best practices, and managing contact keys and subscriber data.
Knowledge of Einstein features and Mobile Studio.
Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)   3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Data 360, including data modelling and mapping, data streams, data transforms, Calculated Insights and identity resolution rules.
Working knowledge of segmentation and activation — building segments in Data 360 and activating to downstream channels such as MCE or ad platforms.
Experience integrating Data 360 with Salesforce core, MCE, or external systems via APIs, connectors, or data pipelines.
Experience deploying Data 360 configurations across sandbox and production environments using data kits, change sets, Metadata API, or Salesforce CLI; familiarity with CI/CD and Dev Ops tooling a plus.
