Service Desk Analyst Teachers

Position: Service Desk Analyst Teachers'
Support internal and external customers as a Service Desk Analyst with Ontario Teachers'. Utilize your technical skills and customer service expertise to resolve IT issues efficiently.

As part of the Technology Services Division, you will report to the TSS Manager and be an integral part of the Service Desk team. Your responsibilities include providing first-level support, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with senior analysts for escalations. Daily interactions will allow you to assist users in a high-quality service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer first-level support through multiple channels

• Troubleshoot various technical and hardware issues

• Log and manage service requests in the system

• Escalate high-impact incidents to specialized teams

• Assist in technology rollouts and hardware refreshes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in support roles

• College degree or equivalent experience in IT

• Familiarity with Windows and collaboration tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
