Analyst, Media Effectiveness

Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.

The Analyst, Media Effectiveness supports the measurement and evaluation of media performance, helping deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across client campaigns. Working closely with analytics, media, and client teams, you will contribute to reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis while building expertise in media measurement and marketing analytics.

Support campaign measurement and performance reporting across media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and others. Work alongside senior team members to track and interpret campaign performance. Assist with reporting infrastructure by learning how performance data is tracked, organized, and maintained. Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to understand client reporting needs. Contribute to data-driven reporting and insights by supporting the analysis and presentation of campaign performance.

Learn to communicate findings clearly to internal and client teams with guidance from senior colleagues. Participate in media testing initiatives by supporting test analysis and learning how campaign effectiveness is measured. Help collect data, organize findings, and support statistical interpretation under supervision. Develop an understanding of analytical approaches used to assess campaign performance, including foundational statistical methods. Support senior analysts in evaluating media impact through hands‑on learning and mentorship.

Help maintain and improve client dashboards across visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI. Support dashboard updates and optimization efforts under guidance. Work with data engineering teams to understand how advertising data is extracted, transformed, and organized. Learn to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation. Support the creation and maintenance of data connections to media platforms.

Monitor data quality by identifying discrepancies and supporting the resolution of data issues. Assist in automating routine reporting processes where applicable.

Support team projects and collaborate with agency and client teams on reporting and analytics initiatives. Participate in the preparation of client meetings and help present reporting updates and performance summaries to stakeholders. Learn to translate data and findings into clear, business‑friendly language with support from senior team members. Communicate findings clearly to internal and client stakeholders while developing presentation and storytelling skills through mentorship and feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Master's or PhD degrees in related disciplines with transferable skills are considered an asset.
• Up to 2 years of experience in analytics, data management, research, or related fields.
