Facilitate client workshops and working sessions, and produce clear design documents, configuration workbooks, and meeting notes.

Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer so client teams can confidently own and maintain their solution.

Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, tracking your time accurately, forecasting hours, and monitoring your own KPIs.

Escalate risks and issues to project managers or practice leads in a timely and professional manner.

Contribute to the Align Dayforce practice by documenting best practices, sharing solutions, mentoring teammates, and staying current on each Dayforce release.

Strong understanding of U.S. payroll practices and compliance, including multi‑state taxation, garnishments, and quarter‑end and year‑end processing.

Experience writing test scenarios, leading testing cycles (including parallel testing and payroll balancing), and troubleshooting and documenting discrepancies.
