As a Forward Deployed Data Analyst, you will translate client goals into precise implementation plans and reliable business intelligence. You will define productivity, economics, and workflow metrics, then validate data models, classifications, and reports. The role connects customers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success around meaningful measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client goals and create Reflow implementation plans
Configure and implement Reflow for new customers
Refine metrics, reporting, and configurations after onboarding
Design and validate data models and classifications
Analyze aggregated data to identify inconsistencies and gaps
Requirements:
Strong SQL and database skills
Detail-oriented approach to correctness and edge cases
Ability to translate business intent into testable logic
Comfort with complex data models and implementation logic
Experience in client-facing implementation, analytics, solutions, or customer success
Use SQL, data modeling, and client partnership to make Reflow analytics accurate, consistent, and useful.
