Director Digital Storefront Analytics

Lead Manulife’s Digital Storefront analytics strategy in a hybrid Toronto role requiring Power BI expertise and performance measurement leadership.
As Director, Digital Storefront Performance & Insights, you will define success measures and guide enterprise performance intelligence. You will shape KPI frameworks, connect data sources, and lead reporting across Global and Segment teams. The work spans customer journeys, conversion, accessibility, site health, application monitoring, and AI-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Define measurement strategy, KPI frameworks, baselines, targets, and reporting standards
Lead integrated analytics, measurement, reporting, and performance intelligence capabilities
Own the centralized Power BI dashboard and reporting roadmap
Oversee launch hypercare, performance issues, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
Deliver executive reporting and communicate Digital Storefront value creation
Requirements:
Extensive digital analytics, performance measurement, and business intelligence experience
Advanced hands-on Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and integration expertise
Experience leading analytics or performance management teams strategically and operationally
Strong enterprise data architecture, pipelines, and business intelligence acumen
Exceptional analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, and executive storytelling
