Cybersecurity Program Management Analyst

Shape cybersecurity program roadmaps in Chicago through stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and technology process improvements. This six-month contract pays $80–85 hourly.
The Client Analyst Cyber Security supports Technology Risk and Engineering leaders on strategic initiatives. You will coordinate global program management, reporting, governance, and process enhancements. The work connects project health, risk insights, and stakeholder consensus across technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Define integrated roadmaps for technology, reporting, and process initiatives
Support governance for scope, risks, roadblocks, and project health
Analyze program risks and produce leadership reports
Measure progress against ongoing key performance indicators
Drive continuous improvement across program management processes
Requirements:
Four or more years of relevant management or operational experience
Global program management and roadmap development experience
Engineering or cybersecurity environment experience preferred

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Alteryx

Experience with Tableau or Power BI dashboards preferred
