As Manager, Underwriting and Valuations Strategy Analyst, you will determine optimal strategies for your business area. You will solve complex problems, guide junior analysts, and collaborate with Data Scientists and Credit Risk Management. Your work will include strategy development, testing, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex underwriting and valuations analysis
- Guide junior analysts across the team
- Present recommendations and gain leadership buy-in
- Determine strategic roadmaps and lead change
- Use SQL and Python for analysis
- At least five years of business analysis experience
- At least one year managing high-impact projects
- Technical analysis, coding, slides, and memo experience
- Five-plus years in credit, underwriting, or valuations preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Quicksight, and Python preferred
