Apply Gen AI and advanced SQL as an IT Business Analyst supporting operational risk initiatives within a global risk technology team.
This IT Business Analyst translates operational risk needs into technical requirements for Gen AI and data initiatives. You will analyze risk processes, document requirements, and support enterprise data lake solutions. Agile delivery, RSA Archer, Azure Open AI, and Azure Synapse are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze operational risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes
- Define business and functional requirements with stakeholders
- Develop BRDs and functional specifications for enhancements
- Map source-to-target data flows for enterprise data lakes
- Support Agile delivery of risk-related solutions
- Three to five years as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong Gen AI use case development knowledge
- Proficiency in RSA Archer and operational risk terminology
- Advanced SQL, data mapping, and flow diagram skills
- Experience with Agile squads, Jira, and Scrum teams
