Direct Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM transformation initiatives in the Greater Toronto Area, emphasizing governance, adoption, and cross-functional delivery. The model is hybrid with periodic onsite presence.
This senior program management role oversees Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations across Procurement, Inventory, Product Management, Planning, and Logistics. You will drive business process transformation, align requirements with Oracle capabilities, and support organizational change management. The work spans multiple coordinated delivery work streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Oracle Cloud SCM best-practice adoption
- Align business requirements with Oracle capabilities
- Manage program governance, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards
- Support organizational change management and deployment planning
- Facilitate solution reviews and steering committees
- 8+ years leading Oracle SCM implementations
- 12+ years of ERP delivery experience
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM understanding
- Experience with distributed onsite and offshore teams
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
