ResponsibilitiesTechnical support role for the platform:
- Deal with L1/L2 tickets
- Escalate to L3 in case of need
- Collaborate with different stakeholders
- Investigate and provide comprehensive details for quick resolution
- Git
- Git Hub
- Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- ITIL - incident and change management (Service Now)
- Terraform
- AWS Experience (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
- Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
- Docker containerization and management
- Python (basic-intermediate)
- Artifact and container registry management (JFrog Artifactory, Amazon ECR, etc)
- Atlassian tools (Jira, Wiki) - both as user and as administrator
- Scripting languages (bash, Power Shell)
