Lead identity lifecycle operations in Toronto with Active Directory, Entra, provisioning, and privileged access expertise across Scotiabank’s global operations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this Manager leads Security Analysts supporting identity management. The work covers IAM provisioning, access controls, audit reporting, risk remediation, and operational escalations. You will support business lines while maintaining compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Security Analysts across identity management operations
- Centralize ILM intake channels and assign requests
- Ensure enterprise logical access controls are implemented
- Coordinate audits, evidence gathering, and remediation plans
- Escalate urgent issues and recurring service problems
- One year of people management or leadership experience
- Two years troubleshooting identity management systems
- Three years with Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, and PAM
- Experience with technical audits and regulatory reviews
- Strong analytical, organizational, and English communication skills
