IT Support Specialist Device Setup

• Set up phones, devices, and client email accounts
• Provision accounts for clients and internal users
• Troubleshoot setup, connectivity, and login issues
• Coordinate handoffs during client onboarding and offboarding
• Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements

• Prior IT support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication with clients during technical processes
• Comfort with occasional local travel
