• All aspects of the business analyst process from end to end (e.g. user requirements, implementation strategy, user training, etc.)
• Work with stakeholders to clarify and define software feature requirements
• Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations within assigned area of responsibility
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans
• Act as a resource in the exchange of technical information with project teams, the business and outside vendors
• Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution
• Act as a resource in business analysis and design to colleagues, business partners and clients and encourage business analysis awareness

Business or Technology related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience

• Good understanding of technology, specifically email flow and SaaS technologies
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Requirements gathering / strong research skills and able to distill information down into a consumable form
• Ability to perform analyses and synthesize information and make recommendations
• Ability to collaborate between and with technical and non-technical departments
• Minimum three years of work experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Possess good critical thinking skills and initiative to investigate and resolve issues with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong expertise in Excel and Power Point

Knowledgeable in IT specially in Email technology such as email encryption and. SAAS
