Design complex Salesforce CRM solutions in a hybrid senior assignment, using hands-on configuration, integration, and technical design expertise. Work onsite three days weekly and from home two days.
This Senior Solutions Designer assignment focuses on Salesforce solutioning, CRM systems, and application implementation. You will design hosting technology solutions, configure Salesforce integrations, and align development with business requirements. The work includes Agile practices, architecture standards, accessibility, security, and privacy considerations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and support complex CRM systems
- Configure and integrate Salesforce with other applications
- Document technical designs, processes, and build books
- Conduct technical design research and options assessments
- Ensure unit testing meets expected functionality requirements
- Five-plus years solutioning and configuring Salesforce
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification
- Three-plus years working with Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities and Dynamic Forms
- Experience implementing AODA-compliant solutions
