Senior Digital Strategy Consultant

Lead digital strategy with Konrad as a Senior Consultant, guiding AI-enabled projects and cross-functional teams through complex client challenges.
As part of Konrad’s Strategy team, you will lead medium and large-scale digital and AI projects. You will guide clients through design thinking, shape solutions, and help prioritize opportunities. The work spans industries and connects business challenges with design and technology expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Support engagement leads across digital and AI transformation projects
Lead client strategy and design thinking workshops
Shape digital and AI-enabled client solutions
Interpret business challenges with design and technology teams
Ensure client goals and project timelines are met
Requirements:
Four or more years of relevant experience
Experience leading strategy, design, and technology teams
Understanding of AI in digital products and processes
Strong client collaboration and relationship management record
Excellent communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skills
Bring strategy leadership, design thinking, AI understanding, and client collaboration to Konrad’s digital consultancy practice.
