Genesys Cloud AI knowledge retrieval is the focus of this Information Scientist role at Miratech, combining content structure, metadata, and AI search expertise.
The position supports accurate retrieval for customer service agents, self-service users, and AI-powered solutions. You will shape information architecture, classify content for different audiences, and establish standards that guide quality, review, ownership, and lifecycle management. Miratech also seeks experience translating findings into practical recommendations for client content teams. Familiarity with Genesys Cloud solutions, SKOS, Dublin Core, ISO 25964, public-sector work, or English/French proficiency is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish content quality standards, lifecycle rules, and review processes
- Define ownership guidelines with the Senior PS Consultant
- Structure content for AI-powered knowledge retrieval
- Assess AI retrieval quality and document recommendations
- Support client content teams through taxonomy and search proofs of concept
- Five-plus years in information science or taxonomy design
- Experience with enterprise content metadata models and information architecture
- Understanding of content structure’s effect on AI retrieval
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Government of Canada security clearance
