Renewable Energy Quality Engineer

Position: Renewable Energy Quality Engineer Role
Drive solar project quality at Canadian Solar as a Project Quality Engineer located in Cardinal, Ontario. Oversee project quality plans, manage audits, and enhance renewable solutions.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing the Project Site-Specific Quality Plan and monitoring assurance activities through various project phases. You will also conduct quality audits, lead root cause analysis, and work closely with project stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes. Your insights will foster a culture focused on quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Site-Specific Quality Plan

• Conduct quality audits and oversee NCR processes

• Track quality issues and facilitate problem resolutions

• Support project teams in resolving equipment problems

• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Quality, Engineering, or Project Management

• At least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role

• Strong RCA capabilities with supplier engagement

• Knowledge of inverter or battery operation

• Exceptional interpersonal skills across diverse teams
