Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

These permanent, full‑time hybrid roles are open in our Ottawa, Ajax, Toronto, Mississauga and London offices.

• Build long‑term broker relationships through exceptional service and active engagement (visits, field underwriting, industry/marketing events).
• Underwrite moderate–complex risks; analyze quotes, renewals, and policy changes; recommend innovative, data‑driven solutions.
• Coach and mentor the team to elevate technical underwriting and broker relationships; model a growth mindset.
• Drive process and workflow improvements to boost efficiency and best practices.
• Lead regional performance to meet service, production, and profitability goals.
