Responsibilities:
Manage a book of client accounts, overseeing renewals, endorsements, and invoicing with attention to detail and timelinessAnalyze and assess risks within the used car dealer, garage, pollution, environmental, cyber, and related sectorsUnderwrite, quote, and negotiate renewal terms directly with clients, brokers, and internal teamsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communicationHandle all client inquiries related to policies and claims, troubleshooting issues as they ariseCollaborate with underwriting assistants to ensure workflow efficiency and meet monthly deadlinesConduct remarketing for risks that fall outside program guidelines or require alternative quotesKeep current on industry trends, evolving insurance products, and risk management practicesAssist in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing book of businessSupport the team by providing guidance and oversight to administrative staff as neededRequirements and
Qualifications:
RIBO license is a mustMinimum of 3 years’ brokering experience with commercial property and casualty productsProven experience with Epic insurance system and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Knowledge of risk management principles and current industry issuesExcellent negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsStrong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and long-term relationshipsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative teamFlexibility to work a schedule that may include overtime and occasional travel for client visitsWillingness to stay current through ongoing training and industry updatesBenefits & Perks:
