What it’s like to be a Product Lead – High Net Worth Underwriting (Onyx) at Northbridge

As a Product Lead in our Onyx high net worth division, you’ll be at the forefront of underwriting excellence, leading the charge in servicing and growing a profitable portfolio of complex, high-value risks. You’ll apply your deep technical expertise to evaluate and price risks, ensure underwriting quality, and drive innovation in how we serve our most discerning clients.

This role is more than underwriting—it’s about leadership, strategy, and brand building. You’ll also collaborate with corporate underwriting and business development teams to shape product strategies and support national growth objectives.

You’ll be a key ambassador for the Onyx brand, representing Northbridge at industry events, building strong broker relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the high net worth space. Your ability to influence, negotiate, and lead will be critical to your success.

If you’re passionate about the high net worth market, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy developing others while driving results, this is the role for you.

  • Strong knowledge of underwriting philosophy, pricing models, and risk evaluation

  • Bilingualism in English and French (an asset; required in Quebec)

  • We really mean it when we say we put you first. Here are a few ways how:
