Position: Chubb Healthcare Senior Underwriter Needed

You will evaluate medical professional liability risks, analyze loss histories, and determine appropriate pricing strategies for both general and professional liability products. Collaborating across departments to promote Chubb's offerings and providing top-tier service to brokers are key responsibilities. Understanding industry trends will also be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of business for renewals

• Underwrite medical liabilities and assess risk thoroughly

• Suggest competitive pricing and policy terms

• Collaborate with teams for effective cross-selling efforts

• Maintain compliance with regulations throughout underwriting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 4+ years in underwriting roles

• Experience in healthcare or casualty underwriting preferred

• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships

• Capable of working independently under pressure
