This position demands at least 3 to 5 years of experience in handling property claims. You will actively engage with clients and claimants, utilizing tools like Docusketch to evaluate damages and deliver valuable recommendations. Your analytical mindset and strong communication skills will be essential in recommending reserves, preparing investigations, and ensuring high-level customer service throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact and systematically follow up with claimants

• Investigate claim causes and report findings

• Scope damage and report using advanced technology

• Negotiate settlements and recommend action plans

• Ensure exceptional customer service at all stages

Requirements:

• High school completion; preference for post-secondary education

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in property claims

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities

• Commitment to learning and acquiring adjuster licenses
